On the outskirts of a small town in Oklahoma, there stands a patch of woods with a troubled history. Darkness reigns supreme, and those within the darkness are left to wander amongst the trees for eternity. But the darkness is never satisfied, and it always wants more.

When his friend disappears while investigating a nearly two-year-old missing person case, Trevor Goodwin must come face-to-face with the darkness in order to save him. With the help of a young lady named Jennifer and the local video store owner, Ted Wilson, Trevor embarks on a journey that will take him deep into those woods. Deep into the darkness. But the trio soon finds that nothing escapes the darkness. It knows all your secrets. It knows all your fears. And it knows exactly what to say to ensure that you never make it out...
